Christopher H. Brown, Jr. is a founding partner at Roach, Lennon & Brown. Stemming from a lineage of family-run accounting in Niagara Falls, Chris developed an innate commercial sensibility from an early age, being intricately woven into family enterprises and the close-knit Niagara Falls community. His work as a corporate transactional attorney has included several significant M&A ventures within the region. His expertise spans not only business, corporate, commercial finance, and commercial real estate development but also significant experience in estates and trusts. A lifelong resident of the Niagara region, Chris’ deep understanding of the local business landscape has allowed him to serve as a knowledgeable and reliable advocate for his clients.
