Senior Associate Attorney
Robert Ziske is a Senior Associate at Roach, Lennon & Brown PLLC, concentrating his practice in commercial real estate, secured transactions, business litigation, and estate administration.
Bob represents buyers, sellers, lenders, and borrowers in commercial real estate transactions throughout Western New York. As a registered title insurance agent, he handles commercial acquisitions, financing arrangements, lease negotiations, and closings for retail, office, and investment properties. He also handles real property disputes, including boundary disputes, title defects, easement issues, and breach of purchase agreement claims.
Bob regularly represents lenders in commercial loan transactions, including acquisition financing, refinancing, and loan workouts. He prepares and negotiates loan documents, handles UCC filings, and manages closings for secured transactions.
Bob represents businesses and individuals in commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, partnership and LLC disputes, employment litigation, landlord/tenant matters, and business tort claims. He regularly negotiates settlements to resolve disputes before they escalate to litigation.

In his estate practice, Bob handles estate administration, probate proceedings, contests, and estate litigation in Surrogate’s Court. He represents executors, administrators, and beneficiaries in contested probate matters.

Bob focuses on practical solutions that protect his clients’ interests while managing risk and cost.
