Roach Lennon & Brown represented Polymer Conversions, Inc. in its sale to and acquisition by Medbio Intermediate Holding LLC, specializing in clean room injection molding and assembly for the medical and biotechnology industries. Medbio is a portfolio company of Graham Partners, a leading private investment firm targeting technology-driven advanced manufacturing companies.

Polymer Conversions, Inc., founded, managed and grown by Jack and Joan Bertsch for 40 years, is a full-service medical device contract manufacturer that specializes in complex thermoplastic injection molding and value-add assembly. David Roach has been outside counsel to Polymer Conversions, Inc. and the Bertsch family for over 35 years.
